fashion friday: story of a sweater

Sweater: Papaya

Jeans: Charlotte Russe

Boots: Target

When I first saw this loose, slightly sparkly sweater with a very teeny chevron stitch, I stood in the store and held it for a long time. Then I walked away from it. I went home. I kept thinking about it. I thought of three ways I could wear it (thanks Elaine):

1. With heels and a statement necklace (fancy)

2. With boots and my hair down (casual)

3. With a high bun, flats, and a scarf (more casual)

4. With a pencil skirt and tights (oh look, four ways!)

So I went back and got it. And it was even cheaper than before. I feel it was meant to be.
