So my lover has been sleeping on the couch sometimes lately because he's darling and he snores. The snoring is not what makes him darling but the willingness to sleep on the couch is. This is a recent development in our life together (the snoring) and sometimes it makes me very very tired. Not on couch sleeping nights though! I need to get some ear plugs so husband doesn't have to spend the rest of his life on the couch. Plus I miss him. One night I had a nightmare and had to go get him to come back in and cuddle me. Is the double standard as obvious to you as it is to me? Just so you know, though, the couch sleeping was all his own idea and I told him he is perfectly welcome to stay in the bed if he wants to. Anyway so does anyone have any recommendations of good earplugs? So far I've heard to get orange ones, not purple ones. Anything else I should know?
Don't forget to enter the giveaway from my etsy shop! You have until Monday.

So cute. I love how you wore the shoes. I have a hard time liking them but they look great on you. Probly bc you have teeny tiny ankles! (Creepy much?!?)
You look so darling, Krista! Suggestion on earplugs would be the wax kind - they're moldible and they absolutely drown out all sound. Work like a charm.
My hubby AND our kid snores. I need ear plugs too!

That flower pin is adorable!
As a 3 year sporadic member, I would officially like to welcome Sam to the group.
"Hi everyone, my name is Mitchell . . . and I snore" at which point everyone in the room returns with their own upbeat dual syllabic greetings, "Hi Mitchell."
In any case, we're glad to have Sam. Allow me to relay some guidelines that you both ought to bear in mind.
Loving spouses of all official members are encouraged to wear ear plugs and be kind when talking about membership. Keep in mind, we never forget that we are members, but there is nothing we can do about it, so incessant reminders tend to hurt.
That said, I mentioned I was a "sporadic" member. I'm not incredibly proud of my fair-weather membership. I blame all inactivity on a summer of running approximately one year ago, which gave rise to less weight and a less dense neck. Decreasing my two-member ensemble of chins to a solo act seemed to 'do the trick' as it were.
Alas, my heart longed for the brotherhood that is 'The Group.' I started law school, gained back my '1L of a belly' and now I feel safe, back in the comfort of the 'Coven of Car-horns.'
That's my take on snoring. We're glad to have Sam; maybe Erin will officially welcome you to her club...don't be offended though if you don't hear from her, she's pretty tired as of late.
Correction: dual syllabic would make sense in Sam's case, i.e. "Hi Sam" ... for me it was definitely not dual; as if I would ever condescend enough to be referred to by that grotesque shortening...mitch
